Mystery Buildling. Again, does anyone out there know what this buildling is for? Are these set of stairs leading to the sky mean anything? Sometimes it reminds me of Escher's illustrations, but I doubt if he ever visited Alexandria, Egypt. Here's another photo of the same thing.
